Raised in Athens, Christy is the oldest sibling of a large family with deep ties to the University of Georgia and the Athens community. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management, she is well versed in the ever-changing dynamics of the market. AGA Properties is Christy’s second venture as principal of a real estate and property management company. She formerly founded and operated an Athens real estate brokerage, later selling her interest and founding AGA.

As a native of Athens, GA, Deaundra gained the majority of her work experience in the healthcare industry, while simultaneously earning a degree in information technology from Southern New Hampshire University. As the Office Administrator & Bookkeeper of AGA Properties, she approaches all aspects of her job with a positive, hard-working attitude, and is a master of organization. In addition to maintaining office efficiency, Deaundra promotes collaboration between AGA Properties and vendors providing the best service possible.
From Flowery Branch, GA, Emma is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in English. As our property manager, Emma is focused on providing exceptional service, ensuring smooth property operations, and maintaining a high standard of care for tenants and property owners alike.
